Behavioral Interview Training
PSP's Pattern Behavior Interview Training rests on two principles:
- What people have done in the past is a stronger predictor of their future behaviors than what they say they will do.
- Statements about behaviors have greater validity than statements about attitudes or feelings.
PSP assists clients to identify job-relevant behaviors and provides exercises and worksheets for participants to help them distinguish behaviors and formulate behavior questions that produce revealing answers. As an option, PSP also can design a customized interviewer guide that keeps the interview on target and quantifies the evaluation of information.
